School Magazine extract

When enquiries are received for data from school magazine, an extract may be prepared. For reasons of copyright and privacy WSG cannot offer entire magazines. An extract can be prepared with these aims:

1. To include pages that offer the substance of the magazine without including student names and personal information.

2. To include pages that refer to the person of interest.

3. To add on every page a reference to the person requesting the extract. The extract is for personal use only.

The example extract was prepared for a relative of J. Pollock from the Waitakian of Dec 1932 - where he is referenced 12 times.
